Before you order ScarEase please read the following

I understand that by ordering ScarEase I am ordering a medical device and will carefully follow the directions for use as stated on the product packaging. I have read the instructions for use and fully understand the purpose of using ScarEase on my skin. I therefore understand that ScarEase cannot make my scar disappear completely and that there may be some visible evidence of a scar even after using ScarEase on my skin. Should I develop a skin rash or any health concern following my use of ScarEase, I agree to arrange a visit to my doctor to diagnose and correct it if possible. I understand that I will pay for any doctor visits and/or medical costs. I am using ScarEase with sound mind and body and agree not to hold ScarEase, Inc. liable for any incidental or consequential loss, damage, or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of ScarEase. I agree to notify ScarEase Inc. and visit my doctor immediately should I experience any unusual skin conditions following my use of ScarEase. Should matters of dispute arise from my use of ScarEase, I agree to settle the dispute through arbitration proceedings. I hereby agree that all matters of dispute will be formally instituted within one year from the date of the dispute. I agree to settle my dispute by arbitration, conducted under California law by a single neutral arbitrator. I agree that both parties must jointly select the arbitrator. I also agree that if both parties cannot select an arbitrator, the court pursuant to California law shall make appointment of the arbitrator. I will allow any judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator to be entered in a California court having jurisdiction, and consider myself limited by such award. Furthermore, I agree to pay any and all legal expenses arising from the dispute. Warranty Information: ScarEase is a medical device that cannot be re-sold without permission. ScarEase, Inc will not accept returned products. Since results vary from person to person, there are no money-back offers or guarantees. There are absolutely no refunds of any kind. Charges to your credit card will reflect all products ordered and shipping costs. Charges billed to your credit card are not refundable. ScarEase Inc. excludes all warranties, whether expressed or implied by law or otherwise, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness of use. ScarEase shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss, damage, or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of this product. ScarEase neither assumes nor authorizes other additional liability or responsibility in connection with this device. ScarEase SOLE responsibility, in the event that ScarEase determines the product defective, when shipped by ScarEase, shall be replacement of the product. I have read and understand the above agreement.
